Chennai, September 2 Maternal health platform SaveMom has announced an investment partnership with Navyug Global Ventures to accelerate its next phase of growth in maternal healthcare innovation. A ₹20-lakh investment from Navyug will enable expansion of SaveMom’s technology beyond government hospital programmes in rural India into private hospital networks nationwide.
Founded in 2016, SaveMom is an AI-driven, maternal care platform that improves pregnancy health outcomes. The platform uses AI and IoT technology to provide continuous, real-time monitoring and early risk prediction for expectant mothers through wearable devices and advanced analytics. The platform has monitored more than 25,000 pregnancies across about 120 rural communities, detecting high-risk cases early and ensuring timely intervention.
“With Navyug’s support, we can now bridge the gap between public and private healthcare. Our work with government hospitals has proven the power of technology to save lives during pregnancy. We can now extend this impact to private hospitals, reaching more mothers, ensuring safer pregnancies, and making quality care accessible to all,” said Senthil Kumar, Founder of SaveMom
