“I’ve now had this TV for about 3.5 months, but it’s been fantastic. The picture quality is outstanding, and the sound is surprisingly good. The bass is what really surprised me, as I’m not used to flat screen TVs having much bass, but this does. Yes, it has five gazillion different picture settings, but it doesn’t take long to get it dialed in to how you like it. I also love the fact that it auto adjusts when movies or TV shows are shown in a higher quality, like the HDR and Filmmaker Mode. You can turn those kinds of things off if you like, but to me the settings being the way the movie or TV show is intended makes it look that much better.
The size is perfect for my needs. That it has four HDMI ports is fantastic, as it allows me to have my satellite TV service, a Blu Ray player and a DVD player always connected. The remaining port allows me to connect a retro video game console or my Raspberry Pi, which is also used for retro gaming. And one of the picture settings with the TV is Game Mode, which basically turns off all of the bells and whistles, meaning any input lag while gaming disappears. There’s nothing like playing Space Invaders on a 50″, high def TV! And I use the USB port for an 8TB external HDD that has my favorite TV series and movies.

“Upgraded to this TV from a Samsung about 6 years old. Liked the idea of the Alexa and fire tv integration. Came from primarily using Roku so Fire TV has been a little bit of adjustment but not that big of issue.
The Bad – the Fire TV integration is a little slow at times, or bringing up settings lags. Not sure if it’s the TV or the other devices but have had some difficulty connecting to other Alexa devices for pairing. The layout of the fire tv is a little wonky, not hard to find something necessarily, but how things get arranged sometimes is a little odd.
The Good – a lot of features with being able to use Alexa and Fire TV in general. If you use Alexa a lot or like using Alexa to organize schedules, activities, etc. then you’ll get a ton of use out of this TV. I personally like the TV speakers on it, much better than other flat screens I’ve had. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about brightness, but I haven’t experienced that, if anything I’ve had to turn the brightness down. I like the screen savers and be able to modify photos, landscapes, art, etc. It has all the major streaming services, and has performed well with video games. I like the firetv eco system and use youtube.tv as primary source for live tv.
Hard to beat for the price. Is it perfect no, can it be brighter with more nits etc, yes. But I hate having to worry about always adjusting tvs, I just want to turn it on and produce a great image. This tv does that. Dolby vision content has looked stunning. High res 4k youtube videos are breathtaking.

“I bought this one year ago today and I’m just as happy with my Fire TV 75″ Omni QLED Series as the day I set it up for the first time. I’ve never had any of the problems you read that the 1 star reviewers state. Some people talk about the endless inescapable ads you have to click through. Not on my Fire TV. That’s either a setup issue or from one of the Free subscription services you can get. Some 1 star reviews state it takes forever for the remote to work. That is an Internet or Wi-Fi problem not a TV problem. Can you buy a tv with a better picture quality? Of course you can. Only if you want to spend a significant amount more to get it. And even then for the small difference, it’s not worth it to me. My Alexa works perfectly. Because it works the way I set it up. Almost every problem I read from negative reviews are based on setup and not taking the time to learn how the TV works. There’s plenty of information on YouTube to make it easy. You will have to go through YouTube ads to see it, LOL. That is unless you pay to not see them. But you can click through them, LOL… All in all I am extremely happy & satisfied with me Amazon Fire TV 75” Omni QLED Series and I won’t be buying another LG, Samsung, or any other smart TV that comes with a big price tag again.” — Amazon Customer
