Less than a year after its renewal, HBO’s much-celebrated House of the Dragon has begun production in United Kingdom for its third season which will have eight episodes.
Additionally, the makers had announced that two new actors had onboarded the cast of the upcoming season. Actors Tommy Flanagan, known for Sons of Anarchy and Dan Fogler of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them-fame have been cast as Ser Roderick Dustin and Ser Torrhen Manderly respectively. James Norton, previously announced as a new addition for Season 3, has joined the cast as Ormund Hightower.
They will join the ensemble cast of House Green and Black consisting of Emma D’Arcy, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Steve Toussaint, Rhys Ifans, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno, Harry Collett, Bethany Antonia, Phoebe Campbell, Phia Saban, Jefferson Hall, Matthew Needham, Tom Bennett, Kieran Bew, Kurt Egyiawan, Freddie Fox, Clinton Liberty, Gayle Rankin and Abubakar Salim.
