HCLTech has launched an innovation lab for SAP Business AI in Munich, Germany to enable clients to explore industry applications, and kickstart and expand AI programs.
The innovation lab opening, which underscores the strategic partnership between HCLTech and SAP, will help clients transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud through RISE with SAP by utilising SAP Business AI technology.
Integrated with HCLTech’s global AI & Cloud Native Lab network, the facility utilises advanced agentic AI-based solutions and features of the HCLTech AI Force platform alongside SAP AI Core infrastructure to co-create customised GenAI-led solutions.

Areas of impact include accelerating the adoption of RISE with SAP and redefining industry value chains with GenAI-powered products including HCLTech AI Foundry, enhancing software development in SAP solutions using HCLTech delivery frameworks like AI Force that leverage GenAI acceleration and optimise cloud operations for clients with GenAI-enhanced capabilities.
